Dentist Woodmere | Use It Or Lose It!
- Posted on: Nov 11 2014
We hope you’ve had a prosperous and healthy 2014 and wish you an even better 2015. With that in mind, we’d like to address all of our patients that have insurance benefits, Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). If you do, you may need to use the benefits by December 31st, or possibly lose the benefits. If you still have benefits available to you, now is a great time to call the office for your hygiene visit, dental treatment that you’ve been putting off, or even possibly cosmetic work that may be covered under some plans. With the final quarter of the year already in full swing and the holiday shortened weeks around Thanksgiving and New Year’s, appointment times are at a premium. We encourage you to let us know the time and days that work best for you as soon as you can. Beth, Nina, Kat and Gina are ready to answer your questions and help you in any way they can.
We’d also like to inform you that as of January 1, 2015 we are raising the hygiene visit fee a nominal $20 to cover our ever increasing costs. We are proud to have kept the fee the same for over the last five years with no increase at all. With this small increase we are able to maintain the high level of service, extended appointment times and meet the demands of the continuously increasing cost of supplies. We appreciate your understanding and as always your loyalty and confidence in us is greatly appreciated.
As a reminder, we have hours at our Manhattan location to accommodate you as well. Our NYC practice has been growing very nicely and we are looking to add even more hours in the coming months. If you have a friend or a loved one that may be looking for a new dentist and wants to stay in the City, please let them know. Your referrals mean the world to us!
Enjoy New York’s colorful landscape as we transition through another beautiful autumn.
